This hotel is a great choice in Rochester! The venue is clean, staff are accommodating, and its location is excellent. It's a short walk to Rochester for medical appointments at UR Medical Center/Wilmot Cancer Center, as well as restaurants, shopping, and recreational activities. The complimentary breakfast at the hotel is tasty and free.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building close enough to Rochester for medical care and restaurants and shopping. Plentiful breakfast, particularly good location to Olive Garden. For tea or coffee visit Starbucks nearby. Well laid out rooms and feather pillows. Comfy beds and a fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, and a dining area.

Spent 2 nights here with my kid, had a great stay overall.

This place is conveniently located near UR Medical Center and the airport, and we had a great dinner at Images Restaurant & Bar nearby.

It is undoubtedly a quiet option when in Rochester. I would say it's great base for staying and exploring Rochester. The rooms here are spotlessly clean and huge on their upper level. There is a microwave oven, tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator. The staff are amicable and the location is favourable and magnificent to Olive Garden.

We loved the large and comfortable two-bedroom suite with a spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff was fantastic and the setting was great and awesome.

The breakfast had a huge variety of food and it was plentiful. The setting was good, not far from good restaurants, and Rochester for a series of medical appointments and procedures at UR Medical Center/Wilmot Cancer Center. There was pizzeria Gaetano's Bakery, that I found within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Everything was great, we had relaxing 2 days here. Units on their upper level. The location was particularly good, the staff was nice.

We stayed in the studio suite, and the room was just right and super clean. The best part was having a full kitchen to use! 🍳

We loved the spacious two-bedroom suite, with a full kitchen and comfortable beds. The free breakfast was delicious and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Despite a couple of minor issues in the room, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Residence Inn.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to anywhere in the greater Rochester area. The highway and medical center are nearby, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The rooms on the upper level offer a nice view and come with a full kitchen, which is a great convenience. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are all in good condition. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch and the hotel is also close to several restaurants, such as Applebee's, for other dining options.

No improvements needed, all was okay.
